Promoting menstrual hygiene and dignity among young girls and women. Through the distribution of
sanitary napkins, along with educational and awareness sessions, we break taboos and foster open
conversations about menstruation. The program empowers girls with the knowledge and resources
they need to manage their health safely, confidently, and without shame—ensuring that hygiene is
treated not as a privilege, but a basic right.

SDG 3 is about ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages. and SDG 5 achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls. Advocates for hygiene, sanitation, and clean surroundings in underserved communities and mainly focused on women’s safety and hygiene.
